Supremo 4K: An Affordable Action Camera for the Adventure Seeker

For the meticulous traveler, gadgets capable of documenting different kinds of activities are a necessity nowadays. A simple mobile phone or camera sometimes no longer does the trick. Over time, we have seen the advent of action cameras which definitely spiced up the traveling sphere. So when I received my Supremo 4K Action Camera, I knew that I would be in a different kind of adventure.

I am not really a fan of technical stuff, but I do try to learn things on my own. I looked over Supremo 4K's specs and I can pretty much say that it's one competitive product - better suited for the adventure-loving wanderer.

Supremo 4K Specifications
Since it was my first time to use an action camera (no history of usage even of other brands), it took me a few study sessions to get used to its different features and settings. I did not know what to expect, so the little packet that came with the packaging was a big help.

Accessories Included
My Supremo 4K Action Camera came in a handy and handsome bundle. I thought I was just receiving a camera and a few accessories. But I was surprised at how many there were upon opening the box.

There were accessories for safekeeping and for water and land activities too. But I bought a micro SD card as this was not included. An aqua jackpod was also needed for water adventures. However, given the features and price of this action camera (currently at Php 4000 plus), it is already quite a steal with its complex packaging.

Sample Photos
I brought my Supremo 4K Action Camera in my recent trip to Siquijor and Dumaguete. I was able to use the camera both in land and water activities.

In a marine sanctuary in Siquijor Island, the video I recorded lasted for about 16 minutes. I thought at first that the battery would be drained right away but only one bar was used up. I still had enough left to use till late afternoon.

The camera's fish-eye photo-capturing feature adds depth and scale to the photographs. I noticed that it takes better photos in well-lit areas but it can still take decent shots at night.

Supremo World App
This action camera has built-in Wi-Fi too, making transferring of files quick and easy. I just downloaded the Supremo World application in Google Play, partnered it with my mobile phone and I can immediately upload my photos in my social media accounts.

However, the app slows down a bit sometimes specially if there are many files being read. But the other thing that I liked about it is it can be also used as a remote in taking photos and videos.

The Supremo 4K Action Camera is suited for the budget traveler looking for a different take on their adventures. It's easy to use, comes with many much-needed accessories and is very light and handy. However, for its picture-taking capability, I can say that this action camera still has room for improvement. Though with its many features, shelling out a few thousand pesos is already worth it.
